IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the company’s IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Monitor and implement basic cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment for new and existing employees
• Assist with software installations, updates, and basic integration with existing systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on IT-related matters
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access records
Work closely with internal teams to ensure technology supports business needs effectively

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT infrastructure
• Familiar with Windows, Office 365, basic networking, and antivirus solutions
• Able to work independently and communicate technical issues clearly
