Sales Promoter (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Education: Welcome and assist customers, clearly explaining how the BOP system works and its benefits for their loved ones.

• Sales & Promotions: Promote BOP products and services. Share ongoing campaigns, drive conversions, and meet sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Building: Foster trust and rapport with customers to encourage long-term loyalty and referrals.

• Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate features of our product and subscription model.

• Visual Merchandising & Stock Coordination: Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Liaise with merchandisers to monitor inventory.

• Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with retail staff and supervisors. Provide customer feedback and share daily activity updates with the sales manager.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level qualification
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one mother tongue
• Prior experience in sales or retail is a plus, but not essential
• Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
• Motivated by sales and goal achievement
• Quick learner, adaptable, and dependable
