About Us

We are a next-generation "Swipe & Play" social gaming platform, enabling users to discover and instantly play a wide variety of mini-games with voice chat, real-time challenges, gifting, and social engagement — much like the TikTok of gaming. Our monetization strategy spans both IAG (In-App Gifting) and IAP (In-App Purchases) , with upcoming support for user-generated content (UGC) game creation.

After completing a successful pilot in the Middle East, we are now launching in Southeast Asia — focusing on Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Our goal: achieve breakout growth within 90 days via seed user acquisition, KOL-driven marketing, retention, and monetization validation. To lead this mission, we’re looking for an internationally-minded and highly execution-driven Growth Manager to own market activation and growth frameworks across SEA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cold Start Execution

  • Localize and execute cold start strategy across multiple Southeast Asian markets, including acquisition channels, launch schedule, media mix, and KPI benchmarks.
  • Lead user acquisition tactics such as seed user onboarding , campus-based virality , and voice room bootstrapping , including referral/invite programs and viral growth loops.
  • Own early-stage growth metrics: registration rate, D1/D7 retention, viral coefficient (K-factor), ARPU , and optimize the conversion funnel.

2. KOL / Influencer Collaboration

  • Drive KOL/KOC strategy by working with local MCNs and directly onboarding creators on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook .
  • Manage hybrid KOL collaboration models (e.g., base fee + CPA), monitor performance, and optimize for conversion and ROI.
  • Develop creator campaign assets, incentives (e.g., challenges, leaderboards), and community content packages to spark UGC and viral traction.

3. Growth Operations

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to roll out localized growth mechanics : invite events, team-based competitions, leaderboard-driven activities.
  • Analyze country/channel/content-type performance to iterate on distribution, engagement, and monetization strategies .
  • Lead product localization across game lists, voice room interactions, visual content, and payment experiences .
  • Build and grow local player communities via platforms like Facebook Groups and Discord, organizing both online and offline engagements.
  • Develop long-term brand assets and user-generated narratives: featured rooms, community stories, creator development programs.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in growth or marketing operations , ideally with hands-on cold start experience in gaming, live streaming, social, or mobile apps.
  • Understands and applies growth models such as CPI, LTV, ROAS, CAC, and K-factor , and is comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
  • Has worked with MCNs and influencers , and can independently drive campaigns with ROI accountability.
  • Is culturally fluent in Southeast Asian markets with a good grasp of regional content trends (e.g., game shorts, leaderboard virality, social challenges).
  • Is highly self-driven and able to deliver results under tight timelines with limited resources .
