SITE PROJECT MANAGER

Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities and project timelines.

Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
