We are an ambitious solar energy developer based in Singapore, focusing on building-scale and commercial rooftop solar projects.

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled professional to lead business development and bidding efforts, and at the same time draft preliminary solar system designs, financial returns, and budgeting proposals.


This role combines sales and technical pre-design, ideal for someone who understands both the numbers and the engineering — and loves turning opportunities into signed projects.




Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new solar project opportunities, mainly for commercial and industrial buildings in Singapore
  • Lead and manage bidding / tender processes and proposal submissions
  • Engage and build relationships with building owners, developers, facility managers, and key stakeholders
  • Prepare initial solar system designs, including layout, sizing, and concept schematics (using tools like Helioscope, PVsyst, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Draft financial models to illustrate project returns (IRR, payback, cash flow) and budgets for proposals
  • Coordinate with in-house engineering, procurement and construction teams to refine offers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and relevant regulatory updates to keep offerings competitive




Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in solar PPA project sales, business development, design, or related fields
  • Familiarity with rooftop and building-scale PV systems
  • Ability to prepare preliminary system designs and layouts
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and ROI calculation for solar projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment
