About the Role
As our AI Coaching Experience Architect , you’ll design and refine how users and stakeholders interact with our AI coaching platform, applying behavioral science and adult learning principles to create meaningful, effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys for AI coaching experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and grounded in real solutions and behaviour change.
- Apply frameworks from behavioral science, psychology and adult learning to help learners change their behaviour and apply thinking frameworks they have learnt.
- Collaborate with domain experts, product and AI teams to ensure coaching interactions feel natural, useful, and human-centered.
- Conduct user testing and synthesize insights to continuously refine coaching experience
- Prototype and experiment with new ways to drive engagement, reflection, and long-term habit formation.
- Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with the project manager to design the Coaching Accelerator, focusing on achieving and surpassing product adoption goals.
- Design data collection mechanisms to determine effectiveness of coaching sessions.
- Setting Ethical Standards: Define and implement coaching standards that the AI Coach must adhere to, ensuring consistency, reliability and ethics in how it approaches learner goals and interactions.
Qualifications
- Background in organization change, behavioral science, learning psychology, applied learning or a related field.
- Experience designing or implementing digital learning or coaching tools (preferred: adult or professional learners).
- Strong understanding of user behavior, decision-making, and motivation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and creative teams.
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with behavioural science frameworks like COM-B or Fogg Behavior Model.
- Experience working on AI or software programmes
- Any coding experience (This is not a technical job but familiarity with code is a plus)
- Familiarity with coaching frameworks like GROW, CBT
