Role Overview
As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in creating welcoming, seamless guest interactions. You’ll be involved in beverage preparation, coffee craftsmanship, and day-to-day service delivery, contributing to an environment where hospitality and precision meet.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

• Provide attentive, professional customer service throughout the guest’s dining or café journey
• Manage beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Assist with simple food/drink preparation and table service
• Maintain cleanliness of drinkware, equipment, and service areas
• Build rapport with guests and handle feedback with professionalism
• Uphold customer service standards and outlet grooming guidelines

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages consistently
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and menu offerings
• Explain flavor profiles, origins, and brewing methods when appropriate

Coffee Craftsmanship & Roasting

• Support basic roasting and cupping sessions (for team members involved in coffee development)
• Assist in calibrating equipment and monitoring consistency
• Maintain roasting and brewing equipment with care

Requirements

• Passionate about customer service and hospitality
• Charismatic and team-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Interest or basic knowledge in coffee, beverages, or lifestyle F&B
• Prior F&B or barista experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Bonus: Interest in the automotive or EV lifestyle is a plus
