RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first point of contact to assist customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Spot trends and flag recurring issues to your team lead for continuous improvement.
  • Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Support order processing, invoicing, and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Prepare weekly service and performance reports.

What You Bring:

  • Customer service, call center, or banking experience is a plus.
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and a passion for helping people.
  • Strong communication skills and great phone manners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a bonus.
  • Willingness to learn – we provide full on-the-job training!
