RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact to assist customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Spot trends and flag recurring issues to your team lead for continuous improvement.
- Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system.
- Support order processing, invoicing, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Prepare weekly service and performance reports.
What You Bring:
- Customer service, call center, or banking experience is a plus.
- A positive “can-do” attitude and a passion for helping people.
- Strong communication skills and great phone manners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a bonus. Willingness to learn – we provide full on-the-job training!
