Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment, helping young children develop key skills through play-based and structured learning.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Promote children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Monitor and document children’s progress and behavior.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on students' development.
• Guide children in developing good habits, hygiene, and positive behavior.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school staff.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and school events as required.
• Comply with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE-T or equivalent).
• Certified by ECDA as a Level 1 or Level 2 teacher.
• Prior experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Warm, patient, and energetic personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about working with children and helping them grow.
