Established M & E Building Services company with many years of operations is inviting keen and dedicated candidates to apply.

Position: Accounts Executive (Payroll)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of workers’ payroll and all related matters in a high-transactional environment.
  • Updating and verifying biometrics time-in and time-out to ensure payroll is accurate and completed within deadline.
  • Coordinate with HR on wages preparation.
  • Prepare wages allocation to projects, wages journals and back-charges to related parties.
  • Prepare IR21 for resignations where applicable and IR8A for income tax submission.
  • Prepare payment and discharge vouchers for resignations.
  • Prepare various payroll related reports.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years hands-on experience in payroll preparation.
  • LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel i.e. vlookup, pivot table, etc…
  • Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Immediate or short notice candidates would be preferred.
