Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work.
  • Coordination of all architectural works with subcontractors and SWCs.
  • Coordinate with Consultants, Design and Construction team to resolve construction problems and site issues for architectural related works.
  • Coordinate all architectural works and ensuring progress of architectural works on site is on schedule and according project timeline.
  • Reviewing requirements, codes, working drawings, shop drawings, and specs related to architectural works.
  • Preparing, reviewing and controlling RFI (Request for Information) related to architectural works.
  • Involve in architectural planning, coordination with consultants such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
  • Experience in underground tunnel project and architectural design coordination works a MUST.
  • Experience in architectural coordination works.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in East area
