- Reports to Subcontracts Manager
- Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil)
- Prepare the tender document for new subcontract bidding
- Review of Subcontractor’s proposal
- Make a Subcontract Agreement
- Review Subcontractor’s payment claim and prepare payment response
- Budgetary review of Subcontractor’s claim issue
- Manage Subcontract issues from time to time
- Focus on site issues for site progression
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in quantity surveying
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated and good leadership
- Location: Woodlands
- Project: Viaducts
