Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive & experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process for security personnel across our operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all security staff are professionally qualified, compliant with the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) requirements & ready to meet client expectations.

We are seeking a proactive & experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process for security personnel across our operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all security staff are professionally qualified, compliant with the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) requirements & ready to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operations & HR teams to understand manpower requirements across various security contracts.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies & other talent pipelines.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability & ensure all required certifications & licenses (e.g. PLRD grading, WSQ modules) are in place.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job advertisement, resume screening, interviews, reference checks & offer management.
- Coordinate with training providers for license renewal, mandatory training & new hire onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower regulations & PLRD licensing standards.
- Monitor & report recruitment KPIs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline for roles such as (Senior) Security Officers / Supervisors, including relief & standby officers.
- Support workforce diversity & fair employment practices in line with Tripartite Guidelines.
- Represent the company at job fairs, walk-in interviews & industry networking events.
- At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s security licensing framework & manpower policies.
- Knowledge of PLRD licensing & WSQ framework.
- Familiarity with local recruitment platforms & sourcing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, manpower-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & HR systems / eHR.
