We’re looking for a high-impact Strategic Growth & Expansion Lead to drive business growth across key verticals and markets at Qanvast. In this role, you will own commercial performance, lead strategic initiatives and scale structural growth levers across geographies.

- Own revenue and profitability targets for key verticals; work closely with sales to deliver results
- Design and launch cross-functional initiatives that unlock business growth in new markets; track and optimize performance
- Drive global expansion strategies including market entry, localization, and operational readiness
- Build and manage partnerships to scale verticals and extend Qanvast’s value proposition
- Support strategic company initiatives across regions (e.g. market entry/sales strategies) and ensure execution
- 10+ years in sales, commercial ops or international expansion
- Proven track record of delivering on PnL management, revenue, or market expansion goals
- Strong commercial and analytical skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High ownership mindset with experience driving initiatives end-to-end
