Events Executive

We are partnering with an established education technology company to hire a proactive and dynamic Event Executive.
In this role, you will focus on sourcing and executing engaging roadshows and pop-up events across the island , as well as identifying new business development opportunities to grow event reach and lead generation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is outgoing, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and secure high-traffic venues for roadshows, particularly shopping malls and family-focused locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management teams and event space providers.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align event activities with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, permits, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Actively pitch and propose new ideas to increase brand visibility and business opportunities through events.
• Support event setup, on-site operations, and post-event evaluation to maximise engagement and results.
• Maintain and update a database of key mall contacts and potential partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in events, mall roadshows, indoor playground pop-ups, or partnership development.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills; able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with a can-do mindset.
• Outgoing personality and collaborative spirit; enjoys meeting new people and working in a team setting.
Willing to work on weekends when events are held
