- Handle invoice billing to customers and supplier/sub-contractor payments
- Prepare minor works quotations (e.g., rental, disposal services)
- Track and follow up on payments and outstanding claims
- Monitor and update records for day works and disposal works
- Sort and tabulate day work data for claims submission to QS
- Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, machinery & equipment (local & overseas)
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Manage documentation, filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Provide administrative support to all departments when needed
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, Power Point.
- Able to work independent as well as a good team player.
- Able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Transportation services provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer MRT station.
