  • Handle invoice billing to customers and supplier/sub-contractor payments
  • Prepare minor works quotations (e.g., rental, disposal services)
  • Track and follow up on payments and outstanding claims
  • Monitor and update records for day works and disposal works
  • Sort and tabulate day work data for claims submission to QS
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, machinery & equipment (local & overseas)
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage documentation, filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Provide administrative support to all departments when needed

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, Power Point.
  • Able to work independent as well as a good team player.
  • Able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
  • Transportation services provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer MRT station.
