LOTTE Confectionery S.E.A is embarking on an aggressive market expansion & penetration plan into Singapore and the S.E.A markets to bring its world of sweets to this part of the world.
DESIGNATION : [Lotte Confectionery S.E.A] Sales & Import Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies and activities for LOTTE products in Singapore and oversea market to ensure that monthly and yearly Sales targets are achieved.
- All sales matters including branding, launching new products, MKT activities(on/offline MKT including SNS marketing) for domestic and Oversea market.
- To ensure that good relationship with buyer and distribution goals are met.
- To arrange and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly sales and marketing results to MD
- To settle the account receivables from buyers.
- To settle arrange and verify A&P cost and evidence with buyer and report to MD.
- Market research about Lotte and Competitor products.
- Ensure efficient and prompt operations of sales orders from director
- Work with internal departments, customers and external freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery of stock
- Preparation and arrange for all required commercial documents such as Commercial invoices, Export licenses, Customs declarations, packing list, Shipping document and etc to ensure a smooth shipment
- Assist Sales Team on the reports for current S.E.A market information
- Compilation and generating records of sales and compare them with sales targets and submit to Senior Sales manager & managing director on a monthly basis
- Support Sales team when they are away from the office
- Be in charge of generating Daily Sales Report and submission to Korea HQ
- Be in charge of generating Weekly Shipment file
- Plan and coordinate with all shipments with internal GST team
- Matching and verify quantity of stock between System and warehouse.
- Do any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Sales manager & Managing director
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- At least 1-3 years of work experience
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Advanced Microsoft office skill (Excel, Power point)

- Salary : Negotiable based on experience.
