As an Procurement and Supply Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties

• Managed the procurement of bunker fuel, fresh water, and ship supplies, including lubricants, spare parts, and provisions.
• Identified and established long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers.
• Assessed supplier qualifications, product quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service standards.
• Maintained a comprehensive supplier database and ensured compliance with company policies and relevant standards (e.g., ISO/ISM).
• Developed supply strategies aligned with the company’s supply plan to prevent inventory shortages or overstocking.
• Monitored material consumption, forecasted procurement needs, and scheduled timely resupply for vessels.
• Coordinated bunkering and supply operations to ensure seamless vessel docking and replenishment processes.
• Analyzed procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, including bulk purchasing and sourcing alternative suppliers.
• Prepared procurement budgets and implemented effective cost control measures.
Conducted regular price and supplier reviews to maintain cost competitiveness and procurement efficiency

Requirement:

• Possess a Diploma (Polytechnic) or above in supply chain management, maritime studies, mechanical engineering, or related fields preferred.
