รายละเอียดของงาน:

The Engineering Supervisor works with engineering departments to develop, implement, and deploy approved operational processes and best practices consistently throughout the company. This position will assist the I.E. departments in special reengineering or new projects, as necessary. The Engineering Supervisor will take a lead role in planning and execution of large project implementations or training initiatives. He/She may also manage other subject matter experts to ensure timelines and project deliverables are met and developing Web Application training material for use by Operation Trainers. This position may also be responsible for coordinating Operation Trainers efforts in field training. This position may supervise others.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for WMS related activities.

• Involve in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work closely with Operation on daily operation issues, troubleshooting and prevention.

• Participate in new businesses project implementation.

• Understand business and operational requirement

• Owner of config sheet

• Crafting of UAT test cases

• Owner of UAT dashboard, guide user to conduct UAT cases

• Connect user to the appropriate team when issue arise during UAT

• Ensure UAT is completed on time

• Provide technical support in WMS migration project

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent fields

• IT project management and UAT testing experiences

• Displays understanding of operational barriers and failures, and identifies/improves designs, methods, processes, and flows through collaboration

• Technical minded with ability to resolve issues related to information systems reporting, report generation and storage, customized reports, and data integration, and writes complex queries and creates databases as needed

• Prior experience using advanced Access and Excel functionalities, (Pivot tables, V-look ups, database creation/maintenance, etc.) is preferred

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, including weekends and travel is preferred/a plus.
