Under the Livestock Express brand, we manage the world’s largest independent seaborne livestock fleet. Our modern, purpose-built vessels operate globally in accordance with the highest international standards for animal transport.

We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Office & HR Administrator.



Job Responsibliities :

1) Administrative

  • Perform daily administrative functions including correspondence and internal communication.
  • Liaise with vendors for office equipment maintenance and procure quotations.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and pantry replenishments, including issuing Purchase Orders via Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenancy matters and office operations.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendar invitations across teams.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors to ensure timely support and resolution of ICT-related needs.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, email inquiries, and other general administrative duties


2) Human Resource Management

Responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes and manage employee confirmations.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Manage employee leave and benefits through third-party HR portals.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support staff growth.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain and update HR records using Microsoft D365 HR module.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
  • Provide support for additional administrative and HR functions as needed

An experienced candidate may be considered for a higher starting salary

Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience

  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
