Under the Livestock Express brand, we manage the world’s largest independent seaborne livestock fleet. Our modern, purpose-built vessels operate globally in accordance with the highest international standards for animal transport.
We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Office & HR Administrator.
Job Responsibliities :
1) Administrative
- Perform daily administrative functions including correspondence and internal communication.
- Liaise with vendors for office equipment maintenance and procure quotations.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and pantry replenishments, including issuing Purchase Orders via Microsoft D365 F&O.
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenancy matters and office operations.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendar invitations across teams.
- Liaise with external IT vendors to ensure timely support and resolution of ICT-related needs. Manage incoming phone calls, email inquiries, and other general administrative duties
2) Human Resource Management
Responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes and manage employee confirmations.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage employee leave and benefits through third-party HR portals.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support staff growth.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain and update HR records using Microsoft D365 HR module.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters. Provide support for additional administrative and HR functions as needed
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
An experienced candidate may be considered for a higher starting salary
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
