Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT System & Network Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a Diploma holder with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, eager to grow their skills in systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
Perform regular IT maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and Endpoint checks.
Ensure all IT systems and equipment are well-maintained and secure.
Assist in deploying and supporting new IT solutions and infrastructure upgrades.
Maintain compliance with IT security policies and data protection protocols.
Technologies You’ll Work With:
Servers & Storage Solutions
FortiGate Firewalls
Cisco, Aruba etc Networking Equipment
Managed Wi-Fi Systems (Ruckus, Aruba etc)
Cloud Services (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.)
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
1 to 2 years of relevant IT support or network administration experience.
Good understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
