We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our education programmes, assisting potential students with course information, and supporting them through the enrolment process. 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities:

• 推广和销售课程，达成个人及团队销售目标

Promote and sell courses to achieve individual and team sales targets

• 为潜在学生提供课程咨询，解答问题

Provide course consultation and respond to enquiries from prospective students

• 跟进报名流程，包括申请、缴费与入学安排

Follow up on enrolment processes, including application, payment, and admission

• 维护客户关系，提供售后服务支持

Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support

• 协助市场推广及其他相关工作

Assist in marketing activities and other related duties as assigned

职位要求 / Requirements:

• 具备销售经验者优先考虑

Prior sales experience is an advantage

• 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识

Good communication skills and strong customer service mindset

• 具备基本电脑操作能力，熟悉Excel软件

Basic computer skills, proficient in Excel

• 具备良好的团队合作精神及自我驱动力

Strong team player with self-motivation

• 最低学历要求：SPM或同等学历

Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent

• 工作地点：Bugis MRT 附近

Work Location: Near Bugis MRT

• 工作时间：

Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

(5.5天工作制 / 5.5 working days per week)
