Project QS (Construction/Tender)

Job Descriptions:

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for both tender submissions and ongoing projects.
• Source, liaise, and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and terms.
• Prepare cost comparisons, develop project budgets, and monitor cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, review, and award subcontracts in alignment with project requirements.
• Manage monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final account settlements.
• Evaluate and process sub-contractor claims, issue payment responses, and final payments.
• Prepare and compile all required submission documents.
• Attend site and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams as required.

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years working experience in construction industry, preferably in main contractor firm.
• Min Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying & relevant qualifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & AutoCAD.
• 5.5 working days.
