Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the company’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operations
- Monitor and implement basic cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and infrastructure
- Track, escalate and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Set up and configure computers, email accounts, printers, and other IT equipment for employees
- Assist with software installations, updates, and integration with existing systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access records
- Collaborate with the teams to align technology with business needs
- Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT infrastructure
- Familiar with Windows, Office 365, basic networking, and antivirus solutions
- Able to work independently and communicate technical issues clearly
