PURPOSE:


This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics activities to ensure operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and compliance. This role plays a critical part in leading and developing the supply chain team, enhancing their capabilities and career growth, while building strong supplier relationships and aligning supply chain processes with the company’s strategic goals.


RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:


1. To contribute to the achievement of SCM KPI target (Inventory, Provision, Logistics cost, Logistics cost saving and Order fulfilment) across the AP region).

2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

3. Analyse supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

4. To lead Company-wide important projects, Department activities to drive Process improvement and Operation streamline with team members and stakeholders, ensuring all SCM requirements from HQ and other stakeholders are effectively addressed and executed.

5. Lead and develop the team members to drive high performance, enhance their skills and careers growth, and to keep them motivated through effective communication and strong leadership. To support General Manager for all SCM related important matters, several cross-functional and projects.

6. Collaborate closely with other departments such as production, sales, and finance to align supply chain processes with overall business goals.

7. Ensure compliance with all relevant trade, import/export, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in Supply Chain Management experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree ideally in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional team members
  • High level Supply Chain Knowledge
  • People management skills
  • Excellent Communication/Negotiation & stakeholder management skills
  • Logical thinking
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities
