Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day operations of training and office space rental business
  • Coordinate sales and routine activities
  • Manage sales calls and answering of sales queries and reply via calls or emails
  • Invoicing and basic book keeping and other administration duties

Requirements

  • Secondary or N Levels or Nitec
  • Previous experience in running operations or administration
  • To be physically fit to move goods of up to 5 kg such as tables and chairs
  • Good communications and customer service skills
