The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and business analysis, with a focus on the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage Audit Platform projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to leadership
- Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with Group Audit users, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Organize and prioritize requirements in the product backlog
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and development efforts
- Agile Facilitation:
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and processes
- Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement within the team
- Ensure efficient deployment of team resources for project activities
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with Group Audit users, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate requirements validation and prioritization sessions
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and Agile methodologies
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the Audit Platform and team performance
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 - 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis roles
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in audit-related functions
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- PMP, CBAP, or Scrum Master certification is preferred
