Job Description:

Our client is a prominent real estate developer in Hong Kong with a strong portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. They are now seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and enhance its total rewards strategy. The C&B Manager will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR analytics to ensure competitiveness and compliance. This role is critical in supporting talent retention and employee satisfaction through well-aligned rewards strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive plans to attract and retain talent
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness
  • Administer annual compensation review cycles, including bonuses, merit increases, and promotions
  • Oversee benefits programs including medical insurance, retirement schemes (e.g. MPF), leave policies, and wellness initiatives
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide guidance on pay decisions and job evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards
  • Lead C&B-related projects such as job grading, mobility packages, or reward digitization
  • Provide analytical insights and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and benefits providers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in C&B roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Prior experience in real estate, property, or asset management industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law, MPF, and tax regulations
  • Proficient in Excel and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
