Telemarketer (Part-Time / Full-Time) – Insurance Industry

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketers to join our dynamic team in the insurance sector. Your primary role will be to call leads and set up appointments for our licensed financial consultants.

You’ll be the first touchpoint between our clients and the services we offer professionalism, confidence, and consistency are key.

• Part-Time: 3 hours/day (flexible slots – morning/afternoon/evening)
• Full-Time: 8 hours/day (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads from provided call lists
• Secure appointments for insurance consultations
• Adhere to DNC regulations and compliance scripts

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with insurance industry is a bonus
Fluent in English & Mandarin
