Marketing Supervisor

Job Description:

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create compelling content for email, social media, blogs, and web
• Support lead generation and customer engagement strategies
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A team player with a positive attitude and a creative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Other Information:

• 5.5 workdays a week
• Willing to work in weekends and public holidays
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
