Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage orders, contracts, and sales reports.
• Assist with documentation, presentations, quotes, and pricing.
• Track sales performance and update records in CRM.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, documentation, and office coordination.
• Support sales events and promotions with marketing and other teams.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor
• Experience: 1+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Familiarity or interest in the electrical instrument industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English (written/spoken).
