We are seeking passionate, child-centred educators who share our vision of delivering premium early childhood education with creativity, patience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the Montessori framework and infused with elements of music and the arts to help children age 3-4 years old learn with joy.
  • Plan and implement the age-appropriate programmes that foster independence, creativity and holistic development in accordance with centre’s policies and framework
  • Observe, and document each child’s growth through developmental portfolios and progress reports for each semester.
  • Set up and create a calm, beautiful and engaging learning environment that promotes self-directed learning and purposeful play.
  • Effective in all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure the highest standards for safety and hygiene for the children.
  • Work closely with the co- teaching staff and leaders to maintain strong classroom culture and curriculum consistency.
  • Cultivate strong and trusting realtionships with parents through regular communications and meaningful partnerships

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
  • Certified by ECDA at either EY2 or L2 category
  • Warm, engaging personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1-2 years of preschool teaching experience in a preschool environment. Montessori or inquiry-based experience is of advantage.
  • Strong classroom management and a keen eye for child-led learning.
  • Highly patient towards young children and attuned to their emotions
  • Independent worker as well as a good team player
