Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and communication.
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sending calendar invitations.
  • Overseeing claims and expense submissions.
  • Manage phone calls and email enquiries
  • Processing of Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the coordination of site related matters for on-site personnel.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual with good written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to handle mandarin speaking clients
  • Ability to handle and coordinate with NTS workers
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proven experience in clerical or admin roles , preferably in construction
  • must be able work on saturday
