Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and communication.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sending calendar invitations.
- Overseeing claims and expense submissions.
- Manage phone calls and email enquiries
- Processing of Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the coordination of site related matters for on-site personnel.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- High attention to detail and precision
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual with good written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to handle mandarin speaking clients
- Ability to handle and coordinate with NTS workers
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proven experience in clerical or admin roles , preferably in construction
- must be able work on saturday
