SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Maintenance: Ensure the AEM platform is running smoothly by actioning on alerts received & by retrieving information from the logs periodically.
• Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues related to AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of new findings while troubleshooting & any missing documentation.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a support or development role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AEM components, templates, and workflows. Troubleshooting of the issues.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional skills: Front-End Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks is advantageous.
