E-Commerce Retail Operations Executive

1) Manage and handle e-commerce enquiries and customer service

2) Extract orders on e-commerce platforms and manage e-commerce sales

3) Handling of customer on e-commerce platform and marketing platforms, including business whatsapp line

4) Manage orders and job operations

5) Liase with customer on e-commerce purchase on delivery dates, scheduling of appointments and shipping of orders

6) Handling of retail/ walk-in customers enquiries

7) Basic Administrative works, e.g Issue of invoice/ delivery order

8) Management of company job flow and operations from e-commerce and retail sales
