Account and Marketing Executive - Entry Level [RLB-016-04]

Working location: Orchard

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring timely communication and service delivery
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and follow up on deliverables
• Prepare marketing materials, reports, presentations, and proposals as needed
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, client interactions, and campaign results
• Assist with social media content planning, posting, and engagement tracking
• Help organize events, promotions, or product launches in collaboration with the marketing team
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support marketing strategy
• Handle basic administrative duties related to account and campaign management
• Provide support in client servicing, feedback collection, and post-campaign analysis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong interest in account servicing, branding, and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiar with social media platforms, Canva, or basic design tools is a plus
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
