Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as oil & gas, chemical plants, power plants, shipyards, construction, and industrial facilities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, industry events, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in collaboration with technical and estimation teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

2. Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor project pipelines and industry developments to identify bidding opportunities.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with internal departments (engineering, operations, safety, etc.) to meet project expectations.
  • Attend client meetings, pre-bid meetings, and project briefings.

4. Commercial & Contractual Support

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions aligned with company policy and profitability goals.
  • Review contract terms and collaborate with legal or management teams for approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

5. Project Coordination Support

  • Liaise with project teams during mobilization and initial execution stages to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for service improvements.
