Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as oil & gas, chemical plants, power plants, shipyards, construction, and industrial facilities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, industry events, and referrals.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in collaboration with technical and estimation teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor project pipelines and industry developments to identify bidding opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with internal departments (engineering, operations, safety, etc.) to meet project expectations.
- Attend client meetings, pre-bid meetings, and project briefings.
4. Commercial & Contractual Support
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions aligned with company policy and profitability goals.
- Review contract terms and collaborate with legal or management teams for approvals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
5. Project Coordination Support
- Liaise with project teams during mobilization and initial execution stages to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for service improvements.
