Financial Adviser

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: Multiple locations

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide financial advice to clients based on their individual needs, goals, and risk appetite
• Conduct client consultations to assess financial status and recommend suitable financial products and solutions
• Develop personalized financial plans including insurance, savings, investments, and retirement strategies
• Follow up with clients regularly to review their portfolios and adjust plans as needed based on life changes or market shifts
• Maintain a strong knowledge of financial products, insurance policies, and market trends
• Build and maintain client relationships through trust, reliability, and consistent communication
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards
• Assist clients with documentation and guide them through the application and claims process
• Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and advisory practices
• Achieve performance targets related to client servicing, retention, and product recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Entry level are welcome)
• Candidates with CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI, or equivalent) preferred, or must be willing to obtain
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
• A team player with a positive attitude and integrity
