Counter Staff – Boat Company (Full-Time)

Location: Marina South Pier

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Counter Staff to join our team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment near the waterfront, this may be the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to passengers at the counter
• Assist with booking, enquiries, and boarding procedures
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and vouchers in our proprietary IT system
• Support the scheduling of boats and captains based on trip requirements
• Transfer items (e.g. parcels, documents) between the jetty and the counter
• Keep the counter organized and welcoming

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Physically fit to handle light-to-moderate lifting
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (rotating shifts)
• Experience in customer service or scheduling is an advantage (but not required – training will be provided)
