eCommerce Executive – Full-Spectrum Marketplace Operations

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and hands-on eCommerce Executive to greatly improve and manage our full e-commerce operations across various online marketplaces such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon and more. You will be responsible for end-to-end Execution and Ownership - from product listing, digital marketing, campaign management, and new product launch.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring stock availability, managing pricing and listings, enhancing content, improving listing ranking, and optimizing onsite visibility.
This role also involves after-sales service, as well as the development and execution of effective eCommerce strategies and marketing campaigns. Likewise, order management and fulfilment, when necessary.
This role is ideal for someone with strong operational capabilities, digital marketing know-how, and very passionate for e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Marketplace Management
Create, update, and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms. Ensure listings are accurate, competitive, and aligned with brand identity. Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance analytics on each platform.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
Plan and execute online campaigns (8.8, 11.11, BFCM, payday sales) across platforms. Work with graphic designers and content teams to develop banners, product visuals, and digital assets. Utilize platform tools (Lazada, Shopee, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
New Product Launches
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify gaps and trends. Oversee go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, listing, and soft/hard launches.
Sales & Performance Management
Monitor closely and report on marketplace KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, CTR, revenue, returns). Forecast and plan for online demand and promotions. Suggest ways to improve the systems and implement flawlessly. Work with finance/ops teams to reconcile sales, returns, payments, and platform fees.
E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
Implement the company’s e-commerce strategy to increase brand presence, customer engagement, and sales. Recommend and test new growth channels (TikTok Shop, Social Selling and more). Stay current with platform algorithm changes, e-commerce trends, and customer behaviour.
