About the Role


As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic public sector accounts in Singapore, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics transformation initiatives.

  • You’ll act as the key point of contact for government agencies and statutory boards, aligning their digital needs with the company’s Microsoft-powered solutions. This role blends strategic relationship management, solution selling, and public sector domain expertise.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of public sector clients, including ministries, statutory boards, and government-linked organisations.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with IT decision-makers, project owners, and procurement officers.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities across CRM, cloud, app development, and managed services.
  • Lead responses for RFPs, ITQs, and ITTs on platforms like GeBIZ, including pricing strategy, bid preparation, and compliance.
  • Develop detailed account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies tailored to each agency's mission and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solution architects, delivery leads, Alliance/Partners teams) to align proposals with client needs.
  • Ensure contract renewals, upsells, and long-term account satisfaction, while delivering consistent value to the public sector ecosystem


Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise account management or business development experience, preferably within the Singapore public sector.
  • Proven track record in managing large government accounts and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore government procurement processes, including GeBIZ, tenders, and government frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or equivalent enterprise solutions.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with pre-sales, technical, legal, and delivery teams in a matrixed environment
