Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries via email or text, and follow up on service requests and quotations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the full customer order process, including quotation, confirmation, delivery scheduling, and payment follow-up.
• Schedule and confirm daily appointments for service technicians, ensuring accurate updates are recorded in the system.
• Prepare and follow up on maintenance contracts with clients through phone calls, emails, or SMS communication.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients regarding service timelines, delays, or updates.
Support the service department in administrative tasks, assist with appointment tracking, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Service Manager
