Club Events Manager

Are you a dynamic and engaging individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences? We're seeking an Events Manager for a Club that operated from 7pm to 2am daily to lead and orchestrate exceptional events for our diverse clientele.

In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of various events, ensuring every detail contributes to an outstanding customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Event Curation & Management: Planning, organizing, and executing events that cater to various preferences and age groups. This includes coordinating entertainment, food and beverage services, and overall event flow.

• Customer Engagement: Interacting and socializing with customers and their families, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
  

• Entertainment & Hosting: Acting as an emcee for events, making announcements in English and Hindi, and at times, taking on the role of a DJ to set the desired ambiance.
  

• Food & Beverage Oversight: Understanding customer preferences for food and drinks, and effectively communicating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  

• Promotional Activities: Introducing and promoting new menu items and beverages to enhance the customer experience.
  

• Cultural Acumen: Demonstrating an understanding of diverse cultural nuances and traditions to create an inclusive and authentic event environment.

• Proficient in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with our clients.
