Household Manager cum PA

Job Description:

We are an expat family living in Singapore looking for a trustworthy and organized House Manager cum Personal Assistant. This role involves managing the daily operations of our home and assisting with personal and family-related tasks to ensure a smooth and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate household staff (e.g., helper, driver)
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and grocery needs
• Liaise with vendors, maintenance providers, and service appointments
• Manage family calendars, appointments, and school schedules
• Run errands and assist with family shopping
• Support with travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning
• Welcome and assist guests when needed
Maintain records of expenses and household inventory

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with expat families or in household management
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin communication skills
• Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
• Comfortable with flexible hours (including weekends when needed)
• Familiar with Singapore services and local vendors
