Construction Project Manager

We're Hiring: Construction Project Manager

Salary: SGD 4,500 – 5,300 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress reports
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage procurement, budgeting, and reporting
• Handle documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management or site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
• Proficient in project scheduling tools
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Familiar with local building codes and regulations
