An Operations Liaison Assistant plays a key role in facilitating communication and coordination between different departments, teams, or external partners.


Key responsibilities

  • Communication: Serving as a point of contact between departments, teams, or external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Work closely with operation leaders.
  • Coordination: Coordinating logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues, and escalating complex problems to relevant stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases to support operational decision-making.
