Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, arranging interviews and managing phone calls. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members, as required.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Assist director with administrative matters and projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, expense reports, invoices, and other relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide assistance and support as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in using office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willing to do Tele
  • No experience needed, training will be provided
  • Prior experience will be preferred
