Contract Duration: Approximately 3 months (subject to system access timeline)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-proficient Administrative Assistant to support our team during a system transition period. This role focuses on extracting and organizing reports from our current Oracle system before access is discontinued.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract reports and data from the Oracle system based on provided guidelines
- Organize and consolidate reports for archiving and future reference
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data is stored systematically
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of extracted reports
- Perform routine administrative tasks related to the system transition
Requirements
- Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating systems (training will be provided)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable performing routine, process-driven tasks
- No specific industry experience required
- Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks within deadlines
