About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-proficient Administrative Assistant to support our team during a system transition period. This role focuses on extracting and organizing reports from our current Oracle system before access is discontinued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract reports and data from the Oracle system based on provided guidelines
  • Organize and consolidate reports for archiving and future reference
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data is stored systematically
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of extracted reports
  • Perform routine administrative tasks related to the system transition

Requirements

  • Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating systems (training will be provided)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable performing routine, process-driven tasks
  • No specific industry experience required
  • Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks within deadlines

  • This is a short-term contract role, ideally around 3 months
