Job Description:

  • Provide IT operations and its functions to our local and regional offices for IT infrastructure, network, security IP telephony, and customized business applications as well as maintenance and update of users’ computer systems
  • Provide technical support and level 1 and 2 helpdesk service to staff/end users on PC hardware, software, applications and other IT related requests
  • Assist in conducting user training on systems, software applications and IT security
  • Administer and upkeep IT administrative documentation such as network diagrams, user accounts, internal assets loan and review or amend SOP/processes
  • Assist to deploy and manage software applications, solutions and their enhancements to existing and new users
  • Assist in tracking of IT Assets / Equipment’s, purchase of IT related equipment and control IT related inventories
  • Ensure security of data, network access (permission settings) and systems backup
  • Provide ad-hoc support as and when required including off-hours support in the event of service outages and preventive maintenance routine whenever applicable
  • Administer and configure Salesforce environments including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions within Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • At least 3 – 5 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of technical management and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Knowledge in Cloud services, Office365 features and services (Microsoft-enabled environment)
  • Knowledge in Mobile Device Management and Disaster Recovery Solutions
  • MUST HAVE hands-on experience with Networking Protocols, Security Administration and Cloud technologies.
  • Ability to manage IT vendors (local and regional)
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration is a plus
  • Possess strong sense of integrity
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Systems/Applications software patching/update management (Preferred) MS Auto Pilot / Imaging Platform
