We are thrilled to introduce an exceptional opportunity with our multinational client—operating in chemicals, oil, gas, LNG, biofuels, and more—is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery and performance of critical IT services.

You will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team, delivering services aligned with global strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement across service management processes.


Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Planning

  • Deliver regional and global IT services as per the defined catalogue
  • Ensure timely support, solutions, and project delivery across all business units
  • Coordinate and plan all team activities in alignment with business timelines, SLAs, and objectives

Service Management & Improvement

  • Monitor IT service management processes and act as the Problem Owner or Process Manager
  • Advise management on innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive improvements in IT services aligned with evolving business needs

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and empower your team to meet goals and grow professionally
  • Promote a high-performance culture and manage team performance, development, and competencies

Stakeholder & Vendor Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong engagement with business stakeholders, suppliers, and joint ventures
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by aligning IT services with business expectations
  • Manage service delivery contracts and drive cost efficiencies

Budget Management

  • Control IT budget and advise on yearly planning
  • Monitor spending and ensure alignment with global sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT service delivery or leadership role
  • ITIL Foundation certified; LEAN Six Sigma certification is an advantage
  • Microsoft workplace certifications or experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of continuous IT service improvement
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
